Hey, I am Lilya Nezli, a biochemist and a developer.
I have started studying Biology because I've always been in a never-ending existential crisis wondering what is life, what is it made of and the different forms it expresses itself. I am now about to finish my masters degree.
During my free time in university, I started learning to code and challenged myself to become a web developper and that's how I ended up landing my first job after weeks of hard but mostly exciting work.
I then wanted to bring together my passion of biology and computers and that's how I found out about bioinformatics and started learning the tools that would make me turn codons to 1 and 0 and learn to manipulate big biological data.
